These hernia trusses have been especially designed to suit cria as many breeders have found hernial issues to be quite prevalent amongst our neonates.

The truss is supple and has velcro straps to fit them firmly to the cria.

They can often prove to be an ideal solution to help fix an umbilical hernia without the need for surgery or cobbling together other bits and pieces that invariably shift down or stick to fleece.

The truss is so easy to use. It stays in place because of the design, it's easy to fit and you can monitor progress in seconds (just undo back strap and fold forward exposing the hernia for monitoring). You can resize with growth of the cria in seconds, they grow so quickly in the first few weeks from birth (just pop a finger under the straps and see if it’s too tight) adjust in seconds if required (less spitting stressed mums “what are you doing to my baby”).

Can be fitted to all ages of cria with the addition of Velcro strap extensions (hook and loop stuck together and sold by the metre.)
